The school is run by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust, one of the most reputed educational Trusts in India, Which has the distinction to running as large as about 470 educational institutions in Karnataka as well as in other southern states. The Trust has its headquarters in Vijay Nagar of Banglore, Karnataka. Besides running the schools of different curriculums, the Trust runs junior and professional colleges too. Presently , the Trust is running about 5 Engineering colleges and 3 Medical colleges which are regarded as the hallmarks of quality. The Trust runs the institution with non-profit service motives.
